About Me

Boris Matesic, Osijek grown with Dalmatian roots, Boris is an illustrator, graphic artist, product designer and printer, but above all, a highly creative person. He displayed his love of drawing early, by making comics and studying techniques and different modalities of expression. He started his printing business out of the basement, discovering the world of graphics and printing in the process. The founder of IBL printing and Mit design studio, he produced various projects for local and international agencies and the initiated the highly successful lega-lega brand. Over the years he received many honors and awards for his art and creative activity. He is the founder of the Association for Creative Struggle Against Windmills "A 100 Faces of Chairs" ("100lica stolica") and the main organizer of the humanitarian project of the same name. He is a co-founder of the "Bike My Day" project for the popularization of cycling, and an organizer of several Pecha Kucha nights in Osijek... He held several exhibitions showing off his paintings, prints and photographs in his career. He ran marathons, including the Berlin marathon and complete done of the most challenging cycling marathons in Europe, Ötztaler in Solden. Always looking for new thrills, his desire to create led him to this new project aimed at complete production of the form.
